Privacy Policy
N1O1 iPhone app and the NO Score at n1o1.iaib.ai · Effective October 24, 2026
Just Going Viral ("JGV", "we", "us") publishes the N1O1 iPhone app and runs the NO Score pages at n1o1.iaib.ai for N1O1. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. Health-related data is also covered by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Purchases on n1o1.com and no2u.com are handled by N1O1's own store under its own privacy policy.
What we collect

Device recognition on the website. In a web browser, the NO Score pages also compute a recognition code from characteristics of your browser and device (for example screen size, time zone, language and how your browser draws graphics) so they can connect your visits without cookies. The iPhone app does not do this. It uses only the random install ID described above.
Camera. The app uses the camera only to read the code on your N1O1 package. No photo is saved or sent.
Health information. Your answers are about your health habits. The NO Score is educational and is not a medical diagnosis. We use your answers only for the purposes above.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't send your answers or score to advertising platforms, and the NO Score pages carry no advertising pixels.
- We don't use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts the pages and stores the records described here, on our behalf.
- Our member-portal provider hosts member accounts at n1o1app.iaib.ai, on our behalf.
- N1O1 receives totals only, such as scan counts by lot and channel and how many people took the score. Never one person's answers or score, unless that person gives separate consent. When you click through to buy, N1O1's store receives what you give it there.
- Anyone the law requires us to share with, such as in response to a valid legal order.
How long we keep it
- Usage events: up to 180 days.
- Package-scan records: up to 400 days.
- Reminder emails, scores, saved answers and member accounts: until you delete them.
- Deletion requests: 400 days, so we can show the request was completed.
Delete your data
In the app, open Privacy & data and tap Delete my account. On the web, use n1o1.iaib.ai/delete-account. Your NO Score records, reminder email and install or visitor ID are deleted right away. Member accounts are closed within 7 days. If you type an email that this device never gave us, we confirm it belongs to you before deleting it.
You can also ask to see a copy of your data, correct it, or ask a question about this policy using the same form, by adding a note.
Children
The app and the NO Score are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used them, use the delete form and we will remove the data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version here before it takes effect.
